He joined Early Hope at the age of 10 years old; under the leadership of Pastor G.J. Hughes where he sang in the Junior Choir.

Pastor Williams served on the Deacon Ministry from 1988 to 1997 under the leadership of Pastor W.R. Chunn. While on the Deacon Ministry he continued to read and search the scriptures for answers to life circumstances, issues, problems, and situations.
He attended Gwinnett Tech for Manufacturing Management in 1988 and served as Plant Manager of Southeast Packaging Inc, in Conyers for 11 years. Yet he knew this was not his calling.
Under the leadership of Pastor T.V. Reeves, Kenneth Williams was licensed to preach on January 19th, 1997, and in July 1999 was ordained. Shortly thereafter Pastor Reeves passed away. God called Kenneth Williams to Pastor the Early Hope Baptist Church on October 19th, 1999
Pastor Kenneth Williams married Marilyn Benton in 1986 and to their union two children were born. A daughter-in-law was added to the union in May 2009 and twin grandchildren in 2010. Later, in 2016, another granddaughter was added to the family.
